Our first project marked the beginning of our journey and the first of many. It was not a total renovation. On this project, we found our current granite guy and general contractor. With a modest investment of $10K, the property sold for $32K above the listing price we gave them at the beginning of the 45 day project. The owner was completely satisfied.

Our First Project

Red Gate was a great project for us. We took on this project still not knowing what we were building. We don't have before pictures on this project. This was a special project because we started to develop our style on this project.

Welcome to our latest project: Canterbury—a small renovation with enormous outcomes. For years, it had been the cherished home of a tenant whose memories lingered within its walls. However, over time, the house became a mere shadow of its former self, longing for a rejuvenating touch.
