Our First Project 2020

Our first project marked the beginning of our journey. This project was also the first rental for our property management company. We managed the property for two years enabling the owners to gain more equity. The owners asked us to manage the renovation because they lived out of town. To satisfy our owner, we took on the challenge, not knowing it would be the first of many. While not a total renovation, we spot painted, painted cabinets, new LVP throughout downstairs, new carpet upstairs, new light fixtures, new appliances, and granite countertops. On this project, we found our current granite guy and general contractor. With a modest investment of $10K, the property sold for $32K above the listing price we gave them at the beginning of the 45 day project. The owner was completely satisfied. Although we enjoyed this project, we didn't know we were only getting started.
